Give Your Gear a Clean

I am pleased to say that my fishing gear is no longer in a closet shared with the Christmas ornaments. I have it nicely stored in the garage. While well organized it does present a problem with freezing. I do know that powerbait does not work when frozen. I can’t remember if it is pooched forever once it gets frozen or if you try to fish with it while frozen. It is always a good idea to stick some in your jacket before heading out ice fishing.
